Shipping methods, shipping costs, prices, delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax and other price components.

We deliver with Swiss Post, for larger orders with a forwarding agent if necessary - costs by arrangement.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge for delivery based on the weight of each order. The shipping costs are clearly stated in the shopping cart system and again on the order page.

Unless otherwise stated for the product, delivery is usually made within 3-4 working days after receipt of payment.

Weekends/holidays:
Orders from the weekend are processed on Monday.
